Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Basmati Rice
  • 5 eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 tbs of green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of white onions
  • 1/2 cup or dice bell peppers
  • 1 pack of bacon (cut into pieces)
  • 1 pack of conecuh sausage (cut into slices)
  • 2 tbs of Desha’s Bacon Lover’s Seasoning
  • 2 tbs or Kinder’s Blend Seasoning
  • 1 tbs of Accent

Instructions

  1. Rinse and boil your rice for 10 minutes!
  2. Rinse your rice off with cold water and set it aside.
  3. In a pan, fry your bacon pieces until crispy.
  4. Next, add your onions and bell peppers to the bacon grease and sauté them.
  5. Now add your sausage to the pan and cook until done.
  6. Next, add your cooked rice to the same pan!
  7. In a separate pan, scramble your eggs and set them aside.
  8. Now add them to the pan of rice and mix it well.
  9. Lastly, season your rice with the above seasonings and garnish with green onions.
  10. Enjoy
