Salmon Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Basmati Rice
  • 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots
  • 5 eggs Scrambled
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/4 cup of green onions
  • 2 Skinless Atlantic Salmon Filets
  • 2 tbs of Accent
  • 2 tbs of Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup or teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup or yum yum sauce
  • 2 tbs of Desha’s Fire Salt Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp of sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbs of Magic Salmon Seasoning
  • 1 tsp or parsley
  • 1 tbs of paprika

Instructions

  1. Soak 3 cups or rice in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain it and add it to a pot of boiling water.
  3. Add 1 tsp or vegetable oil and salt to the water.
  4. Stir it with a wooden spoon and set a timer for 10 minutes. Drain your rice and Immediately rinse it with cold water and set it aside.
  5. Next, season your salmon with Desha’s Fire Salt seasoning, paprika, parsley, and Magic salmon seasoning!
  6. Grill on each side for 6 minutes or to your liking and set it aside.
  7. In a pan, scramble your eggs and set it aside.
  8. Sauté your onions in butter and set it aside.
  9. In a large skillet, add your cooked rice.
  10. Next, add your eggs, onions, peas & carrots.
  11. Now, add your soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Mix it well then add your Fire salt seasoning, old bay, magic salmon seasoning,
  12. Next, add your cooked salmon and shred it on top.
  13. Mix it very well and add your yum yum sauce on top.
  14. Sprinkle some green onions on top and enjoy!

    I don’t see a step for cooking the peas and carrots. Was that intentional? Are you supposed to add the peas and carrots uncooked in step 10?
